3-Day Apple Diet
Here is a cleansing regimen recommended in the medical readings of Edgar Cayce, the famous trance medium of the 20th century whose "channel" provided a wealth of information about nutritional healing.
As always, this 3-day diet should be preceded by about 7 days of eating a light, nutritional, junk-free diet.
For the 3 days of this diet, eat only:
Fresh apples, any kind, preferably organic
Pure spring water
Pure unfiltered apple juice, preferably organic
Applesauce, preferably organic
Baked apples of any kind
Apple cider vinegar
Cold-pressed olive oil
You may eat as much as you want, and make sure to drink at least 64 ounces of water.
Upon arising on Day 3 of this diet, quickly drink 1/2 cup of olive oil and flush it down with apple juice. Then drink a small amount of water or apple juice into which a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar has been mixed. You may resume a normal diet beginning in the morning of Day 4.
Zesty Lemon Detox Tea
For each serving:
Enough freshly-boiled water to fill your teacup or mug
1 tablespoon real maple syrup
Freshly-squeezed juice of half a lemon
Cayenne pepper to taste
Simply stir ingredients together in your mug or cup. Be careful with the cayenne: a little goes a long way.
This blog holds my inner conversations. It's that gentle push to blink open your eyes and get going. Think earthly possessions or a simple recipe. Think coffee. This is a blog pulling the lurex threads in an otherwise ordinary piece of fabric.

Apple cider vinegar is supposed to be very good for you. Apparently it contains complex sugars that we don't normally have in our diets because of the way so much of our food is processed. I am not sure if that is an issue for you in Turkey, but it is here in the U.S.
You can drink 2 table spoons of apple cidar vinegar mixed in with about four or five ounces of water (I'm not sure of the metric conversion) and it's supposed to be quite healthy. I do it off and on...doesn't taste so great though!
i know the taste! if you add some honey that should be okay though. i did that for a while in college (why college? god knows) and quit, but i know it's healthy and maybe i should start again!
