A good work of art, music, literature is one you cannot consume and put away. That's why you keep going back to it, not being able to get enough, you go back for more and try to solve the mystery. You try to understand what makes it so good, so compelling and perfect, but you can never quite figure out the ingredients and are left with the only option- read it once again, listen to it 10 times more, look at it for another half hour. That's when they become a part of you; and you're richer.

Hello blog! It's hard to believe years have passed since my last post and as I get inspired about a new path I'd like to try, I returned to my blog as a starting point, since for such a long time it used to be a platform I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts. Celebration of Life

Today I made a decision. I decided to celebrate my life, here in the USA, love it and remember that this is my dream coming true. I decided when I was walking through the aisles of Trader Joe's and hearing Ain't No Sunshine When She's Gone, remembering Marji and how I longed to be here where she is, where all my dear friends are, and how I changed my life deliberately to be here. I decided never to forget how meant-to-be everything is and how I can choose to be happy at every moment. So I celebrate my life, I celebrate who I am, I celebrate my husband and who he is and what we have, and of course I can't do anything but celebrate my beautiful Canberk. I decided to celebrate what I have instead of feel bad about what I don't. I decided to live life as a celebration and not a grievance. I also decided to take good care of my teeth and face.
